JAMES SMITH to submit to public competition, at his Auction Mart, on Thursday, the 16th November (the day of his Great Land Sale), I" 1 HE whole of their interest in the - LEASE of those Valuable BRICKBUILT STORES and PREMISES, situate on Lambtonquay, now in their occupation, opposite to Plimmpr's Wharf, consisting of a large DoubleFronted Retail Shop, an extensive Wholesale Warehouse adjoining, and a passage wav between, together with the Back Store and Yard, and the side entrance thereto, the whole comprising a frontage of 50 feet frontage by 10 feet in depth, more or less. These Premises being nearly new, are in excellent repair, the interior of the Wholesale Store only remaining to be plastered. Messrs. H. K. & Co. have made satisfactory arrangements with the Lessor, Mr. John PHmraer, to grant a direct lease to any intending purchaser, at the present low rental of £100 per annum, for a period of 21 years, determinable at the option of the Lessee at the expiration of 7 or 14 years from the termination of the pnesent agreement in September 1555.
