HPHAT Important SECTION, No. 22, -*- in the Horokiwi Valley. This Section is decidedly one of the best in the District, has abundance of Splendid Timber, and having a never failing Stream of Water running through the front of it, is admirably adapted for the erection of a Saw-Mill at a trifling expense. The excellent road, and contiguity to the Porirua Harbor, renders the shipment of Timber easy. The Section has been staked by a Government Surveyor, and the frontage, by four chains deep (6 acres) is already felled and lopped, so that a purchaser might commence operations immediately.
