Small Farms Association.

A/T EMBERS of the Small Farms Associat ion are hereby informed that the first Township in the Wairarapa, to be called GREYTOWN, is now surveyed, and will be open for selection on Thursday, the 16th of March, on which date a General Meeting will be held at Mr. Bannister's, Crown and Anchor Tavern, Lambton-quay, at 2 o'clock, p.m., precisely. Members are requested to pay into the Office of the Crown Lands the price of their Suburban Sections, the production of the Commissioner's Receipt being indispensable previous to selection of the Town Acre. Members neglecting to attend to these instructions will forfeit their order of choice. Selection will

take place in the order determined, by ballot. The Survey of the second Township is progressing, and, it is hoped, will be completed in time for selection on the same day as the first Township. By order of the Committee, W. ALLEN, Chairman* February 22, 1854.
