jtfg* HPHE BALNAGUITH is a new ship, and was appointed to wm^rrrn^ gft .j Qn tne 20th December for Auckland, Wellington, and Canterbury : she may be expected to arrive at this Port early in April. These Vessels will be followed by other equally fine ships, at regular intervals of about One Month.

The Undersigned, in behalf of Messrs. Young's, beg to submit to the New Zealand Public the following Circular letter for their information : — New Zealand Colonists' Rooms, 9 Adelphi Terrace, London, 1853. In reference to the New Zealand Business hitherto carried on at the Colonists' Rooms here by me, in exclusive connection with Messrs. Money Wigram&Sons, I begf to inform you that T have made arrangements with Messrs. Frederick Young & Co., of 74 Cornhill, for the purpose of keeping up a regular line of communic-ition between this country and the various ports in New Zealand. According to the tprms of this arrangement, 1 have transferred to them all my interest and connexion with these Rooms, and agreed that in future they shall be conducted by Mr. Horace Yonny, who will represent Messrs. Frederick Young & Co. at this Branch of thoir Establishment. T havp only to add an ex^r^ssion of my hope that the confidence with whirh you have always treated me in your communications, upon all subjects reIntimr to the Colonies, may be fully extended tn Mpssrs. Frederick Young & Co.. whom you will find always ready, and in mv estimation very enmpe<tpnt, to afford you any information you may require upon Colonial matters. Notice to Seamen.

Tjy"E, the undersigned, consignees of ship Dulce of Portland, hereby give notice, that we have received instructions and power of attorney from the owners of this vessel, to apprehend and subject to the extreme penalty of the law, all runaway seamen that may be Tound in the Province of Wellington after the departure of the ship from this port.
