According to Returns. 15. Notice to be given to Parties liable to Assessment. 16. Appeal allowed. 17. Amount due recoverable by Distress. 18. In case of non-payment, License may be cancelled. 3.— Management of Crown Lands within the limits of a Hundred. 19. Right of Pasture to be limited to Persons holding a License. 20.
