Postponement of Cattle Sale. THE Sale of Cattle advertised to take place at Messrs. W. B. Rhodes & Co., Stockyard, on Thursday, the 27th instant, is postponed until Tuesday, March 11th, in consequence of the Cattle having strayed in the bush. J. Smith & Co. Wellington, February 26, 1851. Received per Ship “ Salacia,” From Sydney, and other conveyances, and for sale by the Subscriber, SOLE and Kip Leather Sherry and Port Wine Coffee, Oats, Soap Sugar, Pampanga, and White 2 cases consisting of well assorted Stationery Elementary Books in great variety, and many works by some of the first authors. Adelaide was by Theorem out of Manto, a thorough-bred Mare imported into New South Wales by J. Icely, Esq. Figaro is now running at Mr. Bidwell’s station at Wairarapa, and in good condition.
