Steamer ' Acheron" in Port, Captain Stokes will cause a Flag to be hoisted every day at the mast head of that vessel, at Ten minutes before noon, which will be hauled down exactly at noon, mean local time. During the absence of a man-of-war from the harbor, the time will be given once a week (on the Saturdays) from the Government House Flagstaff in the same manner, as above mentioned.
