Scientific Expftiition. — The following advertisement appears in a late London paper : — "A party of gentlemen have chartered a first class armed yacht of lareje tonnage, for prosecuting a voyage to India, China, Australia, and New Zealand, to sail early in May A chaplain and surgeon will accompany the expedition, which offers peculiar advantages to gentlemen of science, the friends of missions, capitalists, &c.
