Waitt & Ttser, will sell by Public Auction, at his Stores', Custom-house Buildings, on Wednesday, the 6th day of September next, at one o'clock, The following valuable Freehold Properties : Lot 1, Brick Building at present occupied as Ordnance Stores by H.M. Government, at a rent of £200 per annum. Lot 2, Warehouse and Counting House at present occupied by Mr R. Waitt, at a rent of £40. Lot 3, Warehouse and Counting House at present occupied by Mr. P. M.
