RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Wellington, 16th August, 1847.
Before Henry St. Hill, Esq., R.M. An application was this day m de by Daniel Riddiord, Orongorongo, Esq., Jor a Summons against Hohepa Koperi, an aboriginal native of New Zealand , for having threatened to take the life of him the said Daniel Riddiford on the 9th instmt, at Orongorongo. Summons was granted accordingly for Thursday next.
