Sydney Shipping. _ The Water Witch was to sail for Port Nicholson June 3rd. The Star of China was to be laid * on for Port Nicholson immediately on her arrival at Sydney. The Union was loading for London. H. M. Ship Racehorse had arrived at Sydney and was to sail for Auckland, May 29th. The steamer Juno was advertized to leave Sydney for Auckland with cattle and sheep, June 9th. The Prince of Wales was also advertized to sail for Auckland. The Bussorah Merchant. — This vessel, which has been anxiously looked for by all classes for some time past, being the Post Office Packet for January, made the port about ten o'clock on Tuesday night, but was compelled to anchor at the Heads, in consequence of not having a sufficient number of hands to work her up the harbour, — seven of the crew being laid up with scurvy. She was, however, with the assistance of some of the crew of H. M. schooner Bramble, (who had been kindly sent down by Lieutenant Yule, on his hearing the circumstance), got under weigh with the flood tide yesterday afternoon, and anchored in the stream about dusk. The Bussorah Merchant has had a protracted voyage of one hundred and thirty-seven days, occasioned by a succession of light and baffling winds. She brings no news, and has spoken no vessels connected with these colo • nies on the passage out. Her mail consists of 3113 letters and 11,320 newspapers. — S.M.H., May 27.
