Vessels laid on for Nevr Zealand. — The Brig Nelton, Sedgwick, to sail from Liverpool the end of August. The Flora, (one of Messrs. Willis* liners) 333 tons, Turnbull, to sail from London 30th September.

Sydney Shipping.

The ship Java. 1175 tons, Captain Parker, R.N., arrived at Sydney Dec. 19, from Auckland. Passengers — Colonel Wynyard, Major Bridge, Major Denny, Captains Cockraft and Nugent, Lieutenants Westrop, Petley, Herbert, Edwards and Symonds, Ensign Wynyard, Assistant-Surgeon Bannatyne, and 443 rank and file of the 58th Regiment ; Lieutenant-Colonel Hulme, Captain Eyton Lieutenants Barclay and Mundcll, Ensign Wilmot, Assistant- Surgeon M 'Andrew, and 147 rank and file of the 96th Regiment ; 41 women and 93 children. H. M. S. Gramptu, 50 guns, Captain Martin, arrived at the Sandwich Islands, from the West coast of South America, on the 14th August last. The U. S. S. Columbut, Commodore Biddle, touched at Honolulu in September last ; and H. M. B. Spy sailed thence for Tahiti on the 19th September.

On the 4th August, Fbancis Aj.exandbr Moles worth, Esq., youngest son of the late Sir Arscote Ourrey Molesworth, Bart., and brother of Sir William Molesworth, Bart., M. P., of Pencarrow, "Cornwall ; in his 27th year. At his residence, at Twofold Bay, upon the 26th Dec, 1846, Gkokge Imlav, Esq., R. N., aged 52 years.
