BY DEED bearing date the 2nd May, 1846, expressed to be made between Kenneth Mathieson, of Kai Warra Warra, in Port Nicholson, in the Colony of New Zealand, ship builder, of the first part, Kenne>h Bethune and Donald Gollan, of the 2nd part, John Salmon, of the 3rd part, Robert Hart, oi the 4th part, and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally creditors, or attomies of creditors, of the said Kenneth Mathieson, of the sth part, (which Deed is duly executed by the said Kenneth Mathieson, Kenneth Bethune, Join Salmon, and Robeit Hart, and left for registration.) the said Kenneth Mathieson con\eyed and assured certain freehold properties in the district of Wanganni, in the said colony, and in the town of Petie, in the said district, and at Kai Warra Waira aforesaid, in the said Deed particularly described unto the said Kenneth Bethune and Donald Gollan, their heirs and assigns, upon trusts (afterpayment of two -several debts therein mentioned or leferred to) for the benefit of all other, the creditors of the said Kenneth Mathieson, subject to tiie covenants and provisons therein contained ; all persons claiming to be creditors of the said Kenneth Mathieson, and desirous to avail themselves of the benefit of the said Deed, are requested to send in the particulars of their respective claims to the undersigned.
