FOR SALE, 130 HEAD OF CATTLE. THE whole cargo of Live Stock just landed from the Cecilia, consisting of 130 head of Bullocks, Cows, Steers, and Heifers, will be ready for disposal on an early day, of which due notice will be given. Same day.—Schooner Three Brothers, 32 tons, Hempleman, from Port Cooper. May 15.—Cutter Katherine Johnstone, 10 tons, Tayler, from Wanganui [Whangaui] ; general cargo.

DEPARTURES. May 9.—Cutter William, 40 tons, Barker, for Nelson. May 10.—Cutter Ann and Sarah, 28 tons, Sinclair, for the East Coast. May 12.—Schooner Fidele, 8 tons, Cemino, for Manawatu. Same day. —Schooner Mary Ann, 35 tons, Mackenzie, for Kawhia. May 14.—Brig Alfred, 123 tons, Napper, for Hong Kong. Same day.—Schooner Gypsey, 18 tons, Storey, for the East Coast. Same day.—Schooner Sarah Jane, 29 tons, Swan, for the East Coast. Same day.— American whaling barque Iris, 300 tons, Haines, for the South Seas.

H.M.S. Fly sailed from Swan River for London, 22nd Feby., having on board Governor Hutt who had been superseded by Colonel Clarke. The French corvette La Seine had relieved Le Rhin at Akaroa, and the latter vessel had had proceeded to Tahiti. La Seine had subsequently sailed for Sydney with Bishop Pompallier as passenger. When the Three Brothers left Akaroa a French whaler was in port, and the Cheviot whaler and two whaling brigs from Hobart Town, were in the other ports of Banks's Peninsula.
