'No Tender sent in shall be withdrawu or altered, and notice of those accepted shall be given within three days of the time of opening. 14/*, Sealed Samples of Rum and Candles will be required to accompany each Tender for thoie articles. In all cases where persons who have tendered, refuse' to fulfil their offers upon light or frivolous excuses, it will be competent for the undersigned to decline to receive Tenders from them at any future period. The Plans and Specifications may be seen after 14th March, at Mr.T.H.Fitzgerald'spfSce.on Lambton-quay. All Tenders must be according to the form which will be furnished, as none others will be received, and directed to his Honor the Superintendent of the Southern Division.
