A general meeting of the Subcfibers to the "New Zealand Spectator, and Cook's Straits Guardian" will be held at Barrett's Hotel, at half-past teven o'clock, on Tuesday evening next, to receive the Report of the Committee of Management for the last six months, and to elect a new Committee, in the event of the Subscribers deciding to continue the paper.
