Ist. — All the articles to be of the best quality of their several kinds. 2nd.— The flour to be the produce of dean sound Colonial wheat, from which 2Q per cent, in bran has been extracted. 3rd.— The bread to be made from flour of the same quality as described in the preceeding paragraph, and to be baked 24 hours before being; issued, in loaves of 2fl3s each. 4lh — The fresh moat to be issued daily, and to consist of beef and mutton, in equal proportions, to be delivered in fore and hind quatters alternately, when the quantify admits of it. When beef is issued, six inches' to be cut off the hough and neck bones. 5th — The mixed vegetables for the Hospitals and other establishments entitled thereto, shall be supplied in leasonable proportions of greens, onions, &c, 6th. — The rum to be West' lndian, 5 per cent, under proof.
