rpHE BRETHREN of the above Order are X informed, that the annual dinner and ball will take place in the Odd Fellows Hall, Aurora Tavern, on Wednesday newt, the 13th February. Lodge opened at 5 p.m., dinner on table at six o'clock precisely. By order of the N.G. J. Rain, Sea.

SHERRIFF'S SALE.

In the Supreme Court, between Henry Princb, Plaintiff; and Eden Bowlbr and George Smith, Defendants; trading as Bowler and Smith. BY VIRTUE of a writ of execution against the goods and chattels of the above named Defendant?, the Shciiff will cause to be sold by public auction, on Tuesday next, the 11th instant, at 12 o'clock precisely, (unless this execution be previously stayed,) on the premises on Lambton-quay, adjoining the Aurora Tavern, all the untxpired term and interest of the Raid Eden Bowler and George Smith, of and in the warehouse and premises situate on Lambton-quay aforesaid, together with the several goods, merchandise, and effects therein contained. Aho, The She Jiff will cause to be sold by public auction, on the premises at the Waiwatu, and of the time of which sale notice will be published in next week's Spectator, all the crops, partly cut and otherwise, and partly growing on the fai m known as '* Bowler's Farm," situate on the Waiwatu River, in the valley of the Hutt, several pigs and other effects; together with the unexpired term and interest of the said Eden Bowler and George Smith, of and in the farm aforesaid, now occupied by them.
