MR. BARTON'S FARM on the Hutt, consisting of 100 acre 3. The lease is for twenty-one years, of which period three and a half years have expired. The land is all cleared, excepting belts reserved for ornaments and for shelter; large portions af the property is now under crop. There is a wooden house with seven rooms, and a stable and barn. The buildings are all so erected as never to be inconvenienced by the rising of the river. Section 92, in the upper Hutt, distant from the bridge about nine miles. This section is bounded on the one side by the Hutt, and on the other by the main road. The soil is of the first descrJDt'on, and the land is -ill le\?\. There is a rivulet running through the centre of this property, which from its excellence and appearance has become known as the silver stream. The section is chiefly covered with the Totara, which it is expected will sooti be in great demand as an article of export.

ALSO, The house and out-buildings on Petoni beach, in the occupation of Mrs. Butler. All these properties will be found worthy the attention of newly arrived settieis. DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIPNOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership formerly subsisting between the undersigned, and carried on at Wellington, under the firm of Joseph Boulcott, and Company, was dissolved by mutual consent on the twenty-ninth day of November last. All persons indebted to the said firm, are hereby requited to pay the amount of their debts to Mr. Joseph Boulcott, who will pay all debts owing by the firm, and by whom the business of the firm will for the present be carried on, at the premises in Lamb-ton-quay.
