SALE OF WHALING STATION IN CLOUDY BAY.

BETHUNE AND HUNTER are instructed by the Mortgagee to sell by Public Auction, at the Exchange, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 14th January current, at 1 o'clock — All the right, title, interest, and property of James Williams, in and to the whaling station in Port Underwood, Cloudy Bay, known as Tom Kain's Bay, together with two seven-oared ■whale boats, cutting falls, shears, crab, try pot, and works, nouses, boat shed, and ways; about 30 tuns of old and new casks, and a quantity of whaling gear, &c. &a.
