The above Resolution will be submitted for confii mat'ion at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on THURSDAY, 16th day of June, 1904, at 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Brandon-street, Wellington, when the date on which the> said Bylaws will come into foice will be fixed. The object and purport of the amending Bylaw are as follows • — To amend Sub-clause 7 and Clause 8 of "The Consolidated Bylaw. 1898," bv the insertion of the words "half-past" before the fierure "8" in the first line of the said Sub-Clause 7.
