WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL. SANITARY BY-LAW. To amend Clause 172 (le Soil Pipes in Buildings) of " The Consolidated ByLaw, 1898." NOTICE is hereby given that the following Resolution was passed at a Special Meeting of the City Council of Wellington held on Thuisday, 24th March, 1904, viz. :— RESOLUTION. The Council of the City of Wellington doth hereby make (by Special Order) the following By-law under the provisions of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1900," and in pursuance of all other powers, if any, enabling the said Council in that behalf to amend "The Consolidated By-law, 1898."
