The First Race on each day will stait at 12.15 o'clock. SPECIAL TRAINS from Wellington to the Racecourse Platform will mn as follows — On FRIDAY, 10.40, 11 5, 11.40 a m., 12.3, 12.52, and 1.50 p.m. On SATURDAY, 11.5, 11 15 a m.. 12 5, and 1 15 p.m. NOTE. — On Fiiday the trains leaving Wellington at 11.5 and 11 40 a.m , and Satuiday at 11 5 a.m. will not stop between Wellington and Racecourse.

]^T"OTICE is hereby given that the Onslow _L\ Borough Council has fixed the Fee for the Registration of Dogs at Five Shillings per dog for the year 1904. Mr. W. Roberts, of Hanover Street, Wadestown, is the only person authorised to register and receive fees. Any person having an unregistered dog in his possession is liable to a penalty of £5. S. C. G.
