George Smith the champion amateur z-unner, is training daily in Auckland, in view of a New Zealand team beino- sent to the Australasian championship meeting, at Melbourne, next January. George's right leg has been troubling him somewhat, says "Lynx," and he puts the trouble down to rheumatism.
