TREAD MILL OR MUD MILL ? In the opinion of the Mayor of Onslow the Borough Council and himself are on a treadmill — working hard and getting no further forward — in regard to the Hutt Road. — Daily paper. King Dick : Tell you what, Mr. Mayor , the next time the boys want an outing, instead of sending them to the Islands I'll give them a motor car ride down the Hutt Road to see your Onslow Council in its great mud mill act. It'll be cheap, too.
