WRITTEN TENDERS will be received at this office up to noon of Monday, 2nd March, 1903, for the supply and delivery of TEN LOCOMOTIVE ENGINES, to be manufactured in the Colony of New Zealand. On and after Bth December, 1902, Drawngs may be seen, and Specifications and Forms of Tender obtained, at the Railway Manager's Offices at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, and Invercargill. Tenders to be addressed to the Hon. the Minister for Railways, Wellington, and to be marked outside " Tender for Locomotives." The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Telegraphic tenders will not be entertained. By order. T. RONAYNE, General Manager, New Zealand Government Railways. The time for acceptance of Tenders is EXTENDED from 2nd March to Ist June, 1903.
