ON Bth September last Regulations for Examination of Returned Members of Contingents were published in various newspapers in the District, and paragraph B of these Regulations, which reads as follows, is hereby cancelled :— " (b) A member of any contingent within six months of his landing in New Zealand can go to any medical man to be examined, and pay for such.
