AN Extiaordinary Geneial Meeting of Shareholdeis in this Company will be held in the Chambei of Commerce, National Mutual Buildings, Wellington, on WEDNESDAY, 6th August next, at 2.45 p.m. Business : 1. To pass a resolution increasing the Capital of the Company to £200,000 by the creation of 20,000 shares at £5 each. 2. To authorise Directors to issue 15,000 of the new shares at a premium of 10s. per share 3. To authorise Dhectors to allot onequarter of the above 15,000 shares to stock-owners not at present shareholders in the Company, the balance of 75 pei cent, to be offered to existing Shareholdeis in proportion to their paid-up interest in the Company.
