IN order the more easily to cope with its ever-increasing business, the Citizens' Life Assurance Company (Limited) has decided to erect New Premises in Wellington. The Directors are therefore willing to open up negotaatiO'iis with business firms desirous of accommodation in the proposed new buildings, so that plans may be prepared to meet the requirements of intending lessees. The site on which the new offices -ndll be erected has a frontage to Customhouse Quay of 87ft and of 91ft to Hunter-street, thus 1 occupying the whole of that well-known block of land at the intersection of these two commercial thoroughfares.
