PUBLIC attention is heieby called to Clause 354 of the Municipal Corpoiations Act, 1900, which reads as follows — "No person shall post, paint, affix, carve, insciibe, oi exhibit any placard, bill, insciiption, adveitisement, oi notice upon any telegraph or telephone pole, or on any sheet, pnvate street, building structure or place within the borough, save only on hoardings or places licensed by the Council for such puipose ; provided that this section shall not pi event any person from exhibiting notices in any building, or structure, or place owned or occupied by him." In future no placards must be posted except upon a pei son's own premises, or upon hoaidings licensed by the Council. The license fee is 2s 6d per annum. J. E. PAGE, Town Clerk. 13th Febiuaiy, 1901.
