A PRELIMINARY SECTION in the YALLEY of the HUTT, divided into Allotments, together with a complete and commodious Family Residence, situated on a part of the same Section, lately the residence of 11. Moreing, Esq., ALSO, A VALUABLE TOWN ACRE, situated on Taranaki and Ingestrie Streets. The Town Acre and Country Section have been judiciously sub-divided for the accommodation of purchasers by Captain Smith. AFTER WHICH, A VARIETY OF MERCHANDIZE, consisting of Port and Sherry wines (in bottle), Herrings, Sugar, Tea, Coffee, Rice, Negrohead Tobacco, Chairs (English made), Churns, Pickles, Candles, Nuts, Rugs, Moreens, Slops, Window glass. SHERIFF’S SALE. IN THE COUNTY COURT. Between William Fitzherbeut, Plaintiff, and Thomas Poad, Defendant. BY virtue of a Writ of Execution against the Goods and Chattels of the above-named Defendant, the Sheriff will cause to be sold by public auction, on Saturday next, the 29th inst., at 1 o’clock precisely, unless this Execution be previously-stayed, on the premises on Lambton Quay, all the unexpired terra and interest of the said Thomas Poad, of and in the Blacksmith’s Shop and Premises now occupied by him, on Lambton Quay aforesaid, together with the Effects contained therein, without reserve.
