HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY.

This Society held its first meeting this season on Tuesday last at the Exchange. The room was profusely decorated with a Variety of beautiful Native flowering shrubs and trees.. The only novelty exhibited was Cherries, Strawberries, Currants, and Gooseberries.. The day was very fine and the visitors numerous.
