VICE-ADMIRALTY COURT.

Before Edmund Halswell, Esq., Judge. In the matter of the schooner Ganet, built at Otaki River. Upon reading the affidavit and petition of George Scott, the builder, and upon the motion of Mr. Hanson, counsel for Mr. Scott, it was ordered that unless cause be shewn to the contrary, that Mr. Brewer, or any person having the custody of the certificate of register of the schooner Ganet, shall bring the same into this Court, to abide such further order as the Court may direct. Cause was shewn on the 19th. It appeared that Scott was induced to sign the certificate upon receiving certain Bills of Exchange, which he now found were not available, and gave a receipt in full. Rule discharged. Fisher v. Twohey, master of the barque Bolina , for seaman’s wages. Order for plaintiff. Jones v. the same. Order for plaintiff. Cadman v. the same. Order for Plaintiff. Macarthy v. the Master of the Success —for pilotage. Settled out of Court. o
