To the Editor of the New Zealand Colonist
Sir,’—Being present at at a late meeting of the Burgesses, when a certain “ Learned Theban” was rather roughly handled by "a ruffian from South Australia,” notice was there given, that an action was to he brought against the “ Stipendiary Magistrate” before the Supreme Court., A solemn oath was registered to that effect. How is it that you have not favored your readers with a report of the case ? I am, &c., ANTI-HUMBUG. October 17, 1842.
