HEREBY notify for general information _i_ that a Memorial signed by a majority of number of all persons having such interest in the District of Wairoa as is required by the " Highways Act, 1862," praying that the operation of the said Act may be extended to the said District, has been received by me; And I do hereby declare that the " Highways Act, 1862," shall henceforth be in full operation within the said District of Wairoa.
