Graham.—A promissory note for £3O, was settled out of Court. S. Brown v. J. V. Marston.—A similar cisc.was confessed. Connor and Martin v. J. Lundon.—This was n action to recover the sum of £6O 175., for goods delivered ; was struck off the cause list, tho several parties not appearing. S. Brown v. J. V. Marston.—Promissory note, £35. Settled. S. Brown v. T. Keightlcy.—Promissory note, £3O. Settled. K. Andrews v. J. McGrath.—Promissory note, £2O. Settled. TUESDAY, AUGUST 19th. Tolc v. Marston. —His Worship declared judgment for plaintiff, £55 lis. The case of Bradford and another ;;. Russell and Stark, was settled out of Cou-t.
