NEWMAN lias been instructed by the Trustees o( the late Wellesley Hughes to Sell bv Auction, on the Premises in Shortland-street, within three days alter the arrival of the “ William Denny,” steamer, from Sydney, which will be* about the 2olh October—(the precise day of sale will be nolilied by placard or notice in the local papers) All the REAL ESTATE comprised in the following lots:
LOT 1. All that Properly in Shorlland-streel I known as Mr. Hughes’s GROCERY STORE, with the GOOD-WILL of ihe Business. Bounded on the North by Shortland-slreet 52 feet, on the East by Allotment No. 8, 140 feet, on the South by the second lot in this catalogue 50 feel, and on the West by Thompson's Lane, leading to Chancerystreet, 140 feet.
