What u-ould a property so situated in Auckland not be worth ? JVill not Onehunya in a few years be as far advanced as A uckland now is ? The above were two questions which suggested themselves to the agent, on surveying the undermentioned properties; it seems his duty to the public to whom they are offered, no less than to their owner, to suggest them lor consideration. MR. HANSARD has been favoured with the instructions of Mr. S. Furley, to offer for Sale IN ONE LOT, OR IN LOTS TO SUIT PURCHASERS, the undermentioned excellent properties in ONEHUNGA. 1. Lot 10, of Section 21, situated in Princes—street, occupying the whole frontage to that street, opposite the Market Place, contents la. Ir. 8p. f having thereon a most substantially-built Brick and Scoria House, with good shop front, and a scoria Bakehouse, with large oven, and every appliance for the Bakery business complete; and a weatherboarded House adjacent. I.ot. 9, of Section 9, Corner of Queen Stbfet and Church Street, opposite the Church. The land (one acre) is laid out in Garden and Orchard with great taste, and is lavishly stocked with every descriptian of fruit trees and shrubs, in lull growth and bearing. A Cottage thereon. 5. Lots 14 and 15 of Section 17, having double frontage, oppos te to the Parade ground, and to a street running therefrom to the dry dock. 6. Lot 23. with a large frontage to Queenstreet and only three allotments removed from the junction of that street with the dock reserve.

The day has long passed since it was necessary to call attention to the value of I properties in Onehunga; it is not, however, ] generally known (and may therefore be here mentioned) that a steamer from Melbourne intended to trade directly and continually with this colony by the Manukau at Ooehunga, is now on the tapis at the former place. There are few, who have been any lime i n New Zealand, to whom ibis properly is not known, actually or by representation; no description, therefore, which Mr. Hansard can pen would be so likely to load them lo immediate attention to this Sale, as their conviction of their own interests will undoubtedly do. He therefore confines himself to this short summary. There is a frontage of about a mile to this splendid River, in which a vessel of any si/e can lie opposite to the properly. The quantity of the land is 2500 acres, various portions of which have, at a former lime, been cleared. The land is all ol the finest description, a great proportion being available agricultural land.

Timber of all descriptions, especially that most suitable for sliip-buildiug purposes, abounds. The many natural features of the land, (such as its intersection by large creeks in several parts,) it will at once be seen cannot be explained in an advertisement, but mav be learnt on application. N.B.—This land is some of that which was chosen when the whole pick of the Colony was at the option of the chooser. Early application is necessary. Pnnccs-slrccl, Oct. 3,4834.
