WHEREAS the following Blocks of Lund have been recently purchased from the natives, notice is hereby given that applications will be received at this office on and after the 25th clay of September, 1854, j from persons desirous of purchasing any part of the said blocks at 10s. per acre. If more than one application for the same piece of land should be received during the usual office hours on the day ahovementionecl. they will be regarded as simultaneous applications, and the land offered for sale by public auction, in accordance with the regulations of the 4th March, 1853. Omaru , situated on the island ol Waiheke, containing about 2000 acres. Kaihnu, containing about 800 acres, situated on South-west Shore of toe Manukau, near Te Kauri. Taitomo, containing about 3000 acics, situated on the West Coast, between Kaipaia and Manukau Harbors, adjoining the Pae o te Pangi Block. Parekakau, containing about 1,500 acres, situated at the head of the Orewa River. Kaurawhero, containing about 19,000 acres, situated at Mahurangi, and known also as ‘ The Kaipara Flats.” Ahuroa, containing about 12,000 acres, situated to the South of the above, and adjoining the Kaurawhero block.
