Tenders for portions thereof not being eligible for acceptance. The supplies to be of the best quality and description, and to be subject to the approval of a Board of Officers appointed by the Officer in command of the Regiment. The contract to last for three months, commencing on the Ist proximo, unless previously terminated by a month’s notice given for that purpose in writing by either party.
