Ist.—For completing the line of Road from Epsom to Mr. Kelly’s house, and thence to the Reach at Onehunga, by way of Mr. Norman’s; and also, for the line of Road from Beattie’s corner by way of Queen-street to the said Reach. 2nd.--The Great South Road to be improved from its junction with the Epsom Road to the Tamaki Bridge. 3rd.—The Rond leading from the Great South Road to the Panmurc Ferry through the Scoriae, to be made passable for carts. 4lh.—That portion of the College Road on the Auckland side of St. John’s College to be metalled. sth.—The Howick Road from the Punt to Howick, to be made passable for carts.
