The barqife .Fancy, Captain Henderson, has Lad a quick, though very boisterous passage of 14 days from Sydney, and Las lost J3 out of 56 horses shipped. She is a fine stout vessel, having been built for the South Spa Whaling Company, and will commence loading for London direct, oh discharge of her Sydney cargo. The greater portion of her cargo for London "being ready to put on board, she will meet with ■quick despatch and present a favourable opportunity for forwarding letters and packages. Her cargo will consist chiefly of copper ole, oil, and wool, with, we < trust, some samples of gold dust, and will be one of the most valuable that has ever left our port. She has gone down to the Tamaki to land her horses and is expected up to-monow. The Moa, hence tha 25th Oct., arrived at Sydney on the 11th ult., and the Marmora, schooner, hence the 27th *Oct., arrived on tbe 9tli uh. They were bo h laid on ngain for Auckland. Tbe Hambnrgh, ahip, Peter Godefroy, 1000 tons, waa advertized in the Herald as open for a charter to convey cattle or sheep to New Zealand. The whaling ship Lalla Rookh, Captain 0. C. 1 Gardner, continuing still to prove leaky owing to the long time she has now been cruising, (4 years and 3 months), is about to discharge her cargo preparatory to being hove down to bo repaired. Mr. Gillies, of Coromandel has, we learn contracted for her repairs and she will proceed to Coromandel harbour in the beginning of the week, to have them proceeded with. The Adah, for Melbourne, has now commenced " loading and will sail about Thursday next, in charge of Captain Lillewall, formerly of the Glencoe.
