Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, 29th June, 1852. IN consequence of a deviation from the presciibed form of compiling the Agricultural Return for the District of Auckland, the quantity of land fenced in was erroneously stated in the Abstract Return published in the Government Gazette of the Bth instant. His Excellency the Lieutenant - Governor has therefore directed that the Abstract alluded to be cancelled, and that the following be published in its place. By His Excellency's command, Andrew Sinclair, Colonial Secretary.

HpENDERS will be received at this Office JL until noon on Wednesday, the 7th July, for laying a STONE CULVEIIT for a portion of the Queen-street Drain, near the Gaol. Specifications of the work to be done can be seen, and further particulars obtained, by applying to tbe Deputy Surveyor General, at the Survey Office. By His Excellency's command, Andrew Sinclair, Colonial Secretary.

Commissioner of Crown Lands' Office, Auckland, 18th June, 1852. I PUBLICLY NOTIFY that the under- j named person having applied for a Denned Run, under the new Regulations, the description of the Run claimed now lies at tliis Office, for the inspection of all concerned. Name of Applicant. Description of Run. Near Waitemata RiJohn Gamble# ver and Lucas Creek, containing 2,600 acs. Edward Mayne, Commissioner of Crown Lands.

IMPOUNDED, by the Ranger of the Hundreds of Auckland and Onehunga, in the Public Pound, at Hobson's Bridge, for running on the Waste Lands of the Crown in the Onehunga Hundred, " Trespassing :" — One Red Heifer, white in face, left ear slit, no brand legible, age about two years; one Red Steer, white in face, no legible brand, age about nine months; one Yellow and White or Strawberry Heifer, piece cut off right ear, no legible brand, age about one year; one White Heifer, no legible brand, age about six months. Owners unknown. If the above cattle are not claimed, they will be sold at the Pound on the 24th day of July, 1852, at noon. David G. Smale, Poundkeeper.
