TENDERS FOR CONSTRUCTING FOOTPATHS.
Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, 29th June, 1852. NO TENDERS having "been received for the formation of certain Footpaths in the w estern portion of the Town of Auckland, it is hereby notified that the time for receiving such Tenders is extended to Wednesday, the 7th July next. Specifications of the work can be seen, and other information obtained, by applying to the Deputy Surveyor General, at the Survey Office. By His Excellency's command, Andrew Sinclair, Colonial Secretary.
IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
In the Estates of Alexander Hamilton, of Auckland, deceased intestate ; William Purtfll, of Onehunga, deceased intestate ; and Stuart McMullen, of Tauranga, deceased intestate.
PURSUANT to the Rule of this Honorable Court, the Creditors of the abovenamed intestates are, on or before the twenty -eighth day of September next, to come in and prove their Debts before Thomas Outhwaite, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his Office, in the Couit House, Queen-street, Auckland, or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said Estates.
