BEGS respectfully to announce to the Inhabitants of Auckland and its vicinity, that he has taken the Premises lately occupied by Mr. Lfvy, which will be opened in a few days with a Well Selected Stock of GENERAL DRAPERY, HABERDASHERY, IRONMONGERY, &c.

i He has the pleasure of stating that he has just arrived, from England, and brought with him the above Stock (purchased for Cask). and will be able to offer some of the newest and cheapest Goods, among which are a lot of Derries and Plaids — strong, useful articles, well adapted for Ladies' Morning Dresses. Arrangements have also been made for continual supplies fiom England of the most Fashionable Goods. Although he purposes not to injure trade by the dishonest practice of selling goods without a remunerating profit, yet from the advantages he has he hopes by strict attention and honorable competition to secure a share of public patronage. fl£iF Business cmdttcted entirely on ready money principles.
