Littlewood, Esq., to sell by Public Auction, at their Mart, Queen Street, on Wednesday, 24th September, at 12 o'clock, Without Reserve, Valuable FARM and X Dwelling HOUSE, recently occupied by Mr. Littlewood, situate near the Epsom Race Course. The House is erected upon walls of Scoria, of sufficient height to render the basement available for Kitchen, Dairy, Cellar, &c. It consists of four apartments, 15 feet by 12 feet, with Verandah 60 feet in length. The Land, which is well known as some of the richest in that fertile district, consists of 15 Acres enclosed and laid down in grass :—2: — 2 Acres of Garden, well stocked with Fruit Trees, — and 3 Acres of wood.
