Commissariat, Auckland, ISfch Sept., 1851. npENDERS in Duplicate will be received at -1- this Office, until noon of Wednesday, the Ist of next October, fiom persons willing to Contract for supplying this Department for the Seivice of Her Majesty's Trcops, &c, &c, at Auckland, with FINE BREA D of the best marketable desciiption, from the Ist November, 1851, to the 3 1st March, 1852. The Conditions of Contract are stated in the Commissariat advertisement dated 14th Jan., 1851, inviting Tenders for the Auckland District for the twelve calendar months, commencing Ist April, 1851, and published in the " New Zealander" newspaper, with the exception of Article 2, of those Conditions. Fine Bread as above described being now required, instead of Bread made from 20 per cent flour. It is requisite that strict attention should be paid to aiticle 10, of the " Conditions" refened to. It is requested that strict attention may be paid to dfticle 10 of the above named Conditions.
