THOMAS WESTON # CO, Have received instructions from the Mortgagee to Sell by Auction, on Monday, Bth September next, at their Stores, Shortlandstreet, at 1 o'clock, " WITHOUT ANY RESERVE," IN ONE LOT. ALL that Piece ox Parcel of LAND, (nearly opposite to the Masonic Hotel, Princes street) being part of Allotment No. 2, Section, No. 7, of the Township of Auckland, having a frontage of 45 feet to Princes Street, by a depth of 132 feet, upon which are erected the following Buildings : The HOUSE formerly occupied by the Union Bank of Australia, comprising, On the Ground Floor, 3 PARLORS and KITCHEN , On the First Floor, 2 BEDROOMS and a DRAWING ROOM, about 22 feet by 15 feet, commanding an extensive view of the Harbour of Waitemata.
