PROJECTED LAND ASSOCIATION.

A PUBLIC MEETING of the Shareholders, and others interested in this Association, will be held in the Hall of the Auckland Mechanics' Institute, on Friday evening, at |r past 1 for 8 o'clock, when the present Preliminary Committee will resign office, and it will therefore be necessary for those who may have by that time become Shareholders, to elect a Committee and Officers, for such period as may be deemed expedient.
