Will Sell by Auction, at their Mart, Queenstreet, on Wednesday next, the 16th inst., SUBURBAN ALLOTMENT, No. 135, Parish of Takapunu, containing 86 acres, 3 roods, 37 perches, — more or less. This Valuable Property is situated in Hellyers Creek, within five or six miles of Auckland. A Vessel of about 50 tons can load or discharge close to the Allotment. There is an abundant stream of fresh water with a considerable fall, offering an excellent site for a Mill.
